1208 LifeWise Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese 8oz Made in Wisconsin, Best by Date: 3/23/2027

I've tried most of their flavors. Swiss and Monterey Jack are only a little different from this one. The Mozzarella is the one that tastes most like it's advertised type, that is, Mozzarella. On a cassarole in the microwave, this cheese melts just fine. Not quite so gooey as regular Moz, but perfectly acceptable. A really LOW calorie alternative to regular cheese. Besides the Moz flavor, It tastes a little bit like Kraft American cheese, but I don't mind. Better than any low fat cheese I have found in the US, and I love that I get to eat all I want. Give it a try!

The cheese has very nice flavor. I have tried all eight and Extra Sharp Cheddar, Swiss and Jack were my favorites. I found the Mild Mexican more spicy then the Jalapeño and the Garden Veg was nothing special. They do NOT melt even when grated . If they did, they would be a five star all the way.

Love it . Before I found this cheese had a difficult time finding Fat Free Mozarella. I love putting it in Lasagna
