Great taste and texture!
I absolutely love the fat free mozzarella! I shred it and use it on my pizza's, calzones and as a sprinkle on salads. The flavor and texture are great and you cannot tell this is a fat free cheese in my opinion. Great cheese, don't be afraid to try it!

Excellence of Lifetime cheeses
I regularly order the nonfat mozzarella, cheddar, and Swiss. Can’t find them in a store. Excellent flavor — truly delicious. And they melt! Use them all for cooking and snacks. And this is a great company — terrific customer service.

Mozzarella the Italians would be proud of
Being Italian I was suspicious. After loosing 140lbs I need to keep my diet low calorie so when I heard of this cheese I figured I’d give it a try. Well... I was not disappointed. I put it on a low cal pizza I made. Slap yo mama good. How is it so good? Are y’all lying to us? Nope it’s just that good! Do not be scared away from the slightly pricy shopping I’ll be buying this is bulk form now on!

Best of their flavors
I've tried most of their flavors. Swiss and Monterey Jack are only a little different from this one. The Mozzarella is the one that tastes most like it's advertised type, that is, Mozzarella. On a cassarole in the microwave, this cheese melts just fine. Not quite so gooey as regular Moz, but perfectly acceptable. A really LOW calorie alternative to regular cheese. Besides the Moz flavor, It tastes a little bit like Kraft American cheese, but I don't mind. Better than any low fat cheese I have found in the US, and I love that I get to eat all I want. Give it a try!
