This product arrived warm. The packaging did not hold up in the heat of late spring. However, it can be used in dishes that need mozzarella for flavor. I am pleased.

The mozzarella fat free cheese tastes like the regular mozzarella cheese but without all the calories and fat!!!! If I did not know any better I would have thought it was the regular day filled cheese. Great product. Now I need more of it.
