I am a huge fan or this new company and their fat free products!! This was a flavor I had not tried yet, and I am not disappointed!! It’s great, just like all the others they have! My personal favorite is the sharp cheddar, but I purchased more of the mozzarella and Swiss, as well!!

Great taste and texture!
I absolutely love the fat free mozzarella! I shred it and use it on my pizza's, calzones and as a sprinkle on salads. The flavor and texture are great and you cannot tell this is a fat free cheese in my opinion. Great cheese, don't be afraid to try it!

Excellence of Lifetime cheeses
I regularly order the nonfat mozzarella, cheddar, and Swiss. Can’t find them in a store. Excellent flavor — truly delicious. And they melt! Use them all for cooking and snacks. And this is a great company — terrific customer service.
