I just love this cheese and have purchased at least 40+ packages over the years. I always make sure my refrigerator is fully stocked! I use it mostly for pizza. It not only tastes better than any other fat-free mozz I've had, but it tastes better then "regular" cheese as well. A high quality product I hope to never be without.

I do not buy fat-free cheese because it does not taste like anything. I am a Weight Watchers member and this cheese not only taste amazing. It is only one point per ounce on Weight Watchers. I love it have purchased before and will continue purchasing.

This cheese is delicious and guilt-free. Suggested use: microwave 1 ounce for 20-24 seconds. It’s even more delicious. And thank you, Northwoods Cheese/Lifeline for switching your shipping package from styrofoam to sustainable paper. The cheese still arrived nice and cold!

Love this cheese! You can cut thin slices or shred it, use it in sauces or as toppings for pizza or casseroles. It melts great and tastes like mozzarella should. Much better than the shredded fat free cheeses you can buy at the supermarket!
