    This is a first rate product. It has become our “go to” pizza cheese. It is tasty, melts appropriately and needs no apology for being fat free.

    This cheese is amazing. I have never tasted such good fat free cheese anywhere, until I found Northwoods cheese. I highly recommend!

    This fat free product is delicious. Melts very well. I tried it after Trader Joe’s took there fat free of the market. I’m extremely satisfied with this product. Melts very well.

    Thank you for making a fantastic non-fat cheese out of milk! I don’t care for the soy or the almond based cheese, but this taste like real cheese.

    This cheese is very smooth, and has the same taste and texture as regular mozarella. A perfect choice for those on fat-free or low-fat diets.

    I love the fact that I can find Fat Free Mozarella Cheese. I love even more that it tastes like regular Mozarella and melts just as great as regular Mozarella

    This product arrived warm. The packaging did not hold up in the heat of late spring. However, it can be used in dishes that need mozzarella for flavor. I am pleased.
