This is an excellent cheese for snacking or pizza. It has a bit more flavor than standard mozzarella, somewhat like jack cheese.

I was diagnosed with NAFLD, because of medication I took last year, I can't eat saturated fats etc. anymore. I love cheese, but pretty much all cheese has fats in them, which made me very sad, until I found this cheese! I can actually eat this one, yay!!!!

honestly, love this cheese I will be ordering it again. I havent experimented with it as much as I would like, but so far I really do like it and I love all the recipes I’ve used with it. It tastes good, but it’s not that exact “mozzarella” flavor. I think i expected that which is why i gave it 4 stars. Nonetheless it’s still good high quality cheese and I can’t wait to make more delicious food with it.

I used to have high cholesterol. I switched to this cheese, now I have absolutely normal cholesterol without having to take any statins. This cheese is how I can have cheese again. My cholesterol was genetically high. It was not from everything I ate or my lifestyle. I am very active and eat very clean and healthy. The only thing that I was eating that was processed, had high saturated fat and dietary high cholesterol was cheese. This cheese tastes amazing. I hope they never stop making it. I would be very sad without this cheese.

Please bring back the Monterey Jack cheese.

I just love this cheese and have purchased at least 40+ packages over the years. I always make sure my refrigerator is fully stocked! I use it mostly for pizza. It not only tastes better than any other fat-free mozz I've had, but it tastes better then "regular" cheese as well. A high quality product I hope to never be without.

I am sooooooo happy to see the return of your FF Cheeses ! They are truly soooooi much better than anything avail commercially ! Please never ever DC them again !
