Lifewise cheese are far better than any other far free cheese I've tried, but this one is the best by far. It actually tastes nearly identical to a standard full fat pepperjack cheese. This is my favorite. I only wish they offered it in lager blocks so I could more easily slice it for sandwiches!

My son has to eat fat free foods due to FCS. In the past we used to buy your fat free Mexican cheese. We loved that cheese!!

Still a fat-free cheese, but you cannot tell. Great taste and texture, and easily the best of their cheeses I tried. Used in Pre-made frozen burritos and on various bakes that call for jack cheese. Purchased 6 more blocks after I tried it the first time

The cheese is a bit spicy for me but the taste is great. Tastes like real cheese and not rubbery like you get in stores.
