Fat free sharp cheddar
Not bad but soft and hard to slice cleanly. I’m happy to have fat free cheese back, but I’m looking forward when they bring back mild cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.

Fat free Cheese
My husband loved this cheese before due to dietary restrictions and we were so glad to have it available again. Taste wise, it stands up to full fat cheese. I do feel that it doesn’t melt as easily but is still good to cook with.

The cheddar is excellent. It is better than many that I have tried in the past.
I have not tried the swiss yet so I cannot comment on that
