Love this stuff
A really LOW calorie alternative to regular cheese. It tastes like a cross between cheddar cheese and Kraft American cheese, but I don't mind. Better than any lowfat cheese I've seen and I love that I get to eat all I want. Give it a try!

Extra Sharp Cheddar
The cheese has very nice flavor. I have tried all eight and Extra Sharp Cheddar, Swiss and Jack were my favorites. I found the Mild Mexican more spicy then the Jalapeño and the Garden Veg was nothing special. They do NOT melt even when grated. If they did, they would be a five star all the way.
