This is a great alternative if you are trying to avoid fat and cholesterol. Has good flavor and melt for a fat free cheese. I use to purchase this in the store but had trouble finding it lately. Northwoods cheese was the only site I found carrying it and their customer service has been outstanding.

Super good. Prefer jalapeño but sharp cheddar great for a change. Have served to guests who also loved it - and they did not realize it was fat free.
