Your Fat Free cheese is the best I've found anywhere. Taste is great, doesn't have anything fake about it. Melts well for grilled cheese, etc. I try to limit my intake of fats as a healthy eating habit and there is nothing better than this product in my experience. Thank you!

Fairly hard, not super-sharp but sharp enough that you don't miss the fat.
