I think that LifeWise cheeses (sharp cheddar and mozzarella in particular) are extraordinarily tasty even though they are fat free. Obviously, LifeWise cheeses wouldn't be the choice for cheese aficionados, but since I try to avoid rich, fatty foods, they're a great find for me. I don't know of any other high-quality fat-free cheeses on the market, so I'm very pleased that Northwoods Cheese Co. carries them.

I love cheese, but not the full fat cheeses. The fat-free cheeses from Northwoods are an answer to having my cheese and eating it too, so to speak.

This cheese is tasty and has great texture

This is the best fat free cheddar I’ve ever had. I have genetically high cholesterol and I have tried all fat free, dairy free, and vegan cheeses on the market and everything always left me disappointed or feeling like it’s close but missing something. I do love some vegan cheeses but this is the best cheese I’ve had in place of full fat cheese. I will be buying this from now on.

If you have tried the "big brand" fat free cheddar, you know that one has no taste. Cardboard shreds. But this tastes so yummy, a real sharp cheddar cheese! And so creamy! Love it!

I love the fat free cheddar, Swiss, and mozzarella cheeses. They have great flavor without the guilt of clogging your arteries.
