This cheese is tasty and has great texture

This is the best fat free cheddar I’ve ever had. I have genetically high cholesterol and I have tried all fat free, dairy free, and vegan cheeses on the market and everything always left me disappointed or feeling like it’s close but missing something. I do love some vegan cheeses but this is the best cheese I’ve had in place of full fat cheese. I will be buying this from now on.

If you have tried the "big brand" fat free cheddar, you know that one has no taste. Cardboard shreds. But this tastes so yummy, a real sharp cheddar cheese! And so creamy! Love it!

I love the fat free cheddar, Swiss, and mozzarella cheeses. They have great flavor without the guilt of clogging your arteries.

This is my second order of the newly-restored Lifetime/Lifewise cheese. It is excellent. Firmer, easier to slice than the last batch. Thank you for listening to customer feedback. I will be ordering more in the future.

Completely unpaid for, etc. comment here. I have tried many a fat free cheddars, etc. including the "heavy hitters" including Kraft. I'm going through a modified diet again in my life and yet don't want to lose me beloved cheese. THIS product is by far the most (and amazingly) cheesy flavored and naturally textured product ever in said realm. Very nice flavor, texture and also, less sodium then the competitors at the same time. Very nice job Northwoods!

I was excited to try this since the mozzarella and Swiss are both really good. This one was a total disappointment. When opening the package liquid dropped out, when trying to cut it it just smooshes together, sticks to the knife and fingers when trying to remove it from the knife. The taste is alright and in a sauce it probably would work okay, but as a topping it's useless. Not shreddable because of the stickiness, no thinner slices possible and the thicker ones/clumbs don't melt. Won't buy the cheddar again.

I like the flavor, but I wish the texture could be improved. It’s very soft and difficult to slice. The texture can also be a bit mealy. If the texture issues could be fixed, this would be a great product.
