I have been a customer with Northwest cheese for I believe a decade and their cheeses. Just get better and better. I absolutely love their cheese. It’s a must try. Don’t take my word for it. Try it yourself.

LifeWise sharp cheddar
I think that LifeWise cheeses (sharp cheddar and mozzarella in particular) are extraordinarily tasty even though they are fat free. Obviously, LifeWise cheeses wouldn't be the choice for cheese aficionados, but since I try to avoid rich, fatty foods, they're a great find for me. I don't know of any other high-quality fat-free cheeses on the market, so I'm very pleased that Northwoods Cheese Co. carries them.
