This is simply the best fat-free cheddar cheese we have ever tasted! It has a tangy and rich “real” cheese flavor that cannot be found in other fat-free cheeses. For those of you who are on super low-fat diet this cheese is a must have. Only downside is that it does not melt. Therefore, if you are topping off pizza, you will have to go to the salty gummy Kraft shredded version.

I used to have high cholesterol. I switched to this cheese, now I have absolutely normal cholesterol without having to take any statins. This cheese is how I can have cheese again. My cholesterol was genetically high. It was not from everything I ate or my lifestyle. I am very active and eat very clean and healthy. The only thing that I was eating that was processed, had high saturated fat and dietary high cholesterol was cheese. This cheese tastes amazing. I hope they never stop making it. I would be very sad without this cheese.

I love all of the Life Wise cheeses - it is almost impossible to find fat free cheese at the grocery stores, and this is such a tasty product!
