Lifetime fat free cheddar
I like the flavor, but I wish the texture could be improved. It’s very soft and difficult to slice. The texture can also be a bit mealy. If the texture issues could be fixed, this would be a great product.

Taste is decent if a little sharp and salty but the texture is soft and more like a spread. A firmer texture would have been preferred.

Great substitute and no fat. I’ve taken trips with it in my carry on. Flavorful chilled or room temp. I’ve even made grilled cheese sandwiches.
