    The cheese has very nice flavor. I have tried all eight and Extra Sharp Cheddar, Swiss and Jack were my favorites. I found the Mild Mexican more spicy then the Jalapeño and the Garden Veg was nothing special. They do NOT melt even when grated. If they did, they would be a five star all the way.

    4 stars is for quality of product. Great taste. I wish I could get it locally because the shipping is concerning. Came just about warm with 2 tiny melted ice packs. They could do better when shipping product long distance.

    Excellent product. Easy to order online, packaged well for shipment of perishable products, delivered very timely. Wonderful flavor. Perfect especially for those, like me, who must limit saturated fats for health reasons, but works equally well for those who don't have restrictions.
