    I normally need to avoid cheese (one of my favorite foods) due to heart disease. Likewise allows me to enjoy cheese again. I eat it everyday!

    This is one of my favorite cheeses. The flavor is excellent and you can't beat the 8 grams of protein per ounce and no fat.
