    4 stars is for quality of product. Great taste. I wish I could get it locally because the shipping is concerning. Came just about warm with 2 tiny melted ice packs. They could do better when shipping product long distance.

    Excellent product. Easy to order online, packaged well for shipment of perishable products, delivered very timely. Wonderful flavor. Perfect especially for those, like me, who must limit saturated fats for health reasons, but works equally well for those who don't have restrictions.

    This cheese tastes so good, I was not expecting it to be so good because it is Fat Free. When I make my Mac n Cheese, I use a little of low fat cheddar, and mostly this cheese, and it is so creamy and delicious. And Northwoods is one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with!

    You would not be able to tell it is fat free! So very creamy and flavorful! Used to make a grilled cheese sandwich and melted perfectly!
