The Swiss is great, comparable in taste and texture to the lifetime Northwoods used to carry.

Delicious
This cheese is truly delicious! I wish it was a little lower in sodium, but otherwise, it tastes great - like a regular fat cheese. It melts slightly, but not as much as regular cheese would.

I love cheese! Should I eat it with my high cholesterol? No. This fat free cheese allows me to eat cheese without worry. I'm so glad that is has come back.

Not bad and I’m happy to have fat free cheese back, but I’m looking forward when they bring back mild cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.

Quality of product and service
I have been ordering the fat free cheeses for several years. They are delicious. Without going into detail, there was a problem with a previous order. The company was extremely responsive and refunded my order. I forgive the problem! I applaud the response. This is an unusually high quality business with terrific cheeses.
