Lifetime Fat Free Swiss Cheese
I imagine that many consumers will want to use this product in a sandwich. However it is exremely difficult to slice. I recommend marketing a sliced version.

All Lifetime Cheese (mozerella, jack, cheddar, swiss)
All excellent. A good alternative to fat and cholesterol laden cheeses. Swiss is best -- good flavor, creamy texture. All melt well in recipes, on nachos, etc.

Fat Free Cheeses
These are the best fat free cheeses I have come across, far better than the Kraft varieties. They are hard to find in stores and probably not that popular because of price and recent articles suggesting that "fat is good". Keep up the good work.
