Love this cheese! You can cut thin slices or shred it, use it in sauces or as toppings for pizza, casseroles or burgers/sandwiches (mushroom swiss... sooo good!). It melts great and tastes like Swiss should. And no competition you could buy at the supermarket (and it probably wouldn't be that good anyways ?). Thank you!!

I am happy with the Swiss cheese. It is so nice to have fat free cheese options that taste good! I just wish I could find it in a store in my area so that I don’t have to keep ordering it online.

The best FF cheeses on the market as far as I have observed. Glad they are back in business. Alternatives are the tasteless Borden's American or Velveeta which are O.K. on a cheeseburger, but otherwise a poor alternative. Hope the other flavors, Monterey Jack, etc. will be forthcoming.

Both taste and texture are great. My only wish is that local stores carried it.

All the fat-free cheeses supplied by Northwood Cheeses I have tried … Mozzarella, Swiss & Cheddar have been absolutely delicious!! I plan to reorder continually going forward. Thank you !!

This fat-free cheese is an answer to a prayer. I love cheese, but the dairy fat doesn't love me. I also love Swiss cheese. Lifewise takes care of both, giving me the Swiss cheese flavor but without the fat.
