The products we have available are shelf stable simply because we take natural cheese and heat it to stop the aging process. Then, we add emulsifying salts to bind the proteins in the cheese to help prevent it from oiling out. We complete the process by sealing it utilizing a product that protects the integrity of the cheese.

The shelf life depends on the product. For example, sausage and crackers last six months, and chocolates and cheeses last 12 months.
