Any personal/contact information provide by you, the customer is used strictly for order fulfillment and new product advertising.


Returns: Northwoods Cheese Company strives to meet your expectations in our gourmet food products and quality gift items. We guarantee all our products to arrive fresh and in good quality. In the event of a problem, please notify us as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify it. We reserve the right to request that an unsatisfactory item be returned to us prior to replacement.

DEMONSTRATIONS AND COVID 19 STATEMENT  Ongoing demonstrations have led to service delivery delays in locations across the country. Both of our service providers, UPS and USPS continue to provide service, and are working on ways to minimize any delays, which may still occur. They no longer provide guaranteed delivery to locations across the United States and therefore we cannot guarantee products to deliver on time once we ship out your order.

Due to the Covid 19 virus, UPS and USPS continue to provide service, but have suspended the guaranteed service promise and no longer provide reimbursements to us and therefore our customers as a result of delayed delivery service.
