Lifetime Monterey Jack Cheese
I never eat regular cheese since I have high cholesterol. The fat free Lifetime Monterey Jack Cheese is a wonderful substitute since it is delicious but fat free. I use it in enchiladas, quesadillas, on lasagna, over tuna, and in a million other ways. I make sure I never run out of it. I have been ordering from Northwoods Cheese and have been dealing with Angela and Derek for years now. Whenever I have a question they are more than willing to help. They even answer their telephone which is unusual these days. They are always so warm and friendly, and I feel like they are long distance friends although I live in California and they are in Wisconsin. Their cheese is “a must” for me.

Love the cheese, but one package arrived damaged.
Wonderful flavor in this (unbelievably) fat-free cheese! HOWEVER, one package arrived with green mold around the edge. We brought the shipment inside right as it came off the FedEx truck.

Monterey Jack
The cheese has very nice flavor. I have tried all eight and Extra Sharp Cheddar, Swiss and Jack were my favorites. I found the Mild Mexican more spicy then the Jalapeño and the Garden Veg was nothing special. They do NOT melt even when grated. If they did, they would be a five star all the way.
