I try to watch my weight and health and ordered 10 packages of this cheese and couldn't be happier with it! It was all delicious and I still got the protein and the benefit of the vitamins included without the fat! AWESOME CHEESE. Went on for a reorder so I am being totally honest!
The flavor is full cheddar. The texture is exactly what I expect from a fat free cheese. However, I paid $15.00 for shipping on 3 cheeses and the packaging didn't hold up. The ice packs were warm and so was the cheese. I am grateful I discovered the package as quickly as I did after delivery.
