This is an excellent product, even if you are not a person who tries to limit fat intake. The flavor and consistency are very good. And the delivery was problem-free. The cheese was cold when it arrived. The company wrote to me to confirm that it would send out the cheese on a Monday so that it wouldn't sit in a warehouse on the weekend. Great customer service!!!

Been eating fat free since 1984, during 90s and early 2000s good choices available, now with focus on "Carbs" it's hard to find good fat free choices. these cheeses are a good find.

The Swiss is great, comparable in taste and texture to the lifetime Northwoods used to carry.

Delicious
This cheese is truly delicious! I wish it was a little lower in sodium, but otherwise, it tastes great - like a regular fat cheese. It melts slightly, but not as much as regular cheese would.

I love cheese! Should I eat it with my high cholesterol? No. This fat free cheese allows me to eat cheese without worry. I'm so glad that is has come back.

Not bad and I’m happy to have fat free cheese back, but I’m looking forward when they bring back mild cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
